We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or events beyond our control. Once products have been handed over to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to you.

SKYNS uses Shopify to provide the Services. However, all sales and purchases made in our store are conducted directly with SKYNS. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising out of or related to your purchases from and transactions with SKYNS.
